User’s privacy

Spline only accesses our online server to validate the authenticity of your license key - no other data or information is transmitted, uploaded or downloaded. Spline does not store, transmit or sell user data or metrics to a remote server or third-party. In order to use Spline software to full extent, camera access may be needed. Spline’s use of the webcam is strictly for offline posture purposes and no images are saved locally nor remotely.

Use of service

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service. You are not allowed to redistribute or host any file (such as .dmg, .exe, .zip) containing Spline software on a server accessible online or network-connected computer. If you want to link to Spline, you must do so by directing your readers to the Website (https://spline.io).

By using our Spline you agree not to try to obtain the source code of the Spline software. You agree not to by-pass the trial limitations, or in other ways crack the functionality of Spline. If you break these rules you will be blocked and may be punished according to the current legislation.

Content and graphics found on Spline.io and Spline, including text, images, videos and audio were created for informational purposes only. Materials may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed in any way or decompiled, reverse engineered or disassembled, including but not limited to the text, images, audio and/or video.
